Bug: Can't receive event rewards for the chronicles event

Description:
1.- Simply put I am unable to claim the rewards from the event with the result being the same as shown in the screenshot.

Still an issue after the Nov 6 patch.

Description: As OP stated, cannot redeem the Chronicle Rewards due to the error "You can only have one of this item. Not received."

Snooped around General Discussion and someone posted the solution.

Delete your currently active Marketboard Pass

Works perfectly.
