Chronical character rewards

i got my character -alternative- to 93 and done my nests and i haven't received my eggs yet nor did i get the class change/flag ,etc.
same with my other account on my pyromancer -FireElement- i sent a ticket and it says that i would get a reply in 1-2 days including weekends but its been over 3 days and i haven't received anything yet.
