Rapid shot does not apply debuff in pvp
Says -10% crit res for 10 seconds but throwing the skill does not work as it should, as in the image Is the buff activated for 0 seconds? :,v

The skill effect mentioned is a debuff, therefore the debuff icon should appear on the opponent's interface and not yours. !
