Gear Master Cooldown Bug

Continuously experiencing bug that if you have Gear Master Class Mastery I (-50% Cooldown on all towers, +5% Movement speed with all towers out) and die in a dungeon, upon revival none of the towers no longer have -50% cooldown, I still have +5% movement speed. But the tower CD times reincrease to pre-Class Mastery CD times. The only way to get it back to normal is to go back to town (not field) or relog.
