[Chronicle Character reward] 3rd reward distribution and rewards still missing

Location: Saint's Haven/All Towns
Frequency of error: all the time

Description: I made my chronicle character to 93 the first week after the event started and still havent get the rewards when I have clearly made it to lv93 and have killed Manticore and Archbishop on both normal and hardcore capping the entrys avaliable every week since the event started. Three periods of reward distribution have passed without being given. Could anyone tellme what to do?

I would suggest writing a ticket/inquiry.
Be sure to respond to any updates they send you regarding your ticket.

I finally recieved my rewards a few days ago after doing all of that.
