Missing Storage Slots

For a while now, I noticed that I lost 30 slots of bank space out of nowhere, along with any items in those slots.

Have you tried sending in a ticket?

Yes. Cherry said they would send it to EYEdentity, and then closes the ticket one week later with nor response or warning.

I talked to some who had the same problem and this solution worked for them.

The issue is that that is a temporary fix. I do not want a temporary fix. I want the item I paid for, which is bank space.
