I have waited for three weeks for this, and send tickets regarding this problem. However I still haven't gotten an answer, but rather they continuously close my ticket.

i sent them so many tickets since november, cherrycredits replies and says they forwarded to the respective department, but that's about it! no rewards or any follow-up after that...
