IDN L and all other L's only have a 33% enhance success rate, sometimes you get lucky, other times you don't, its not a bug, just bad rng, 67% chance to fail does that unfortunately all you can do is save more gold and try again, as its not a bug, look at boom, he spent 190k on his IDN L mainhand and its still +10
