Description: basically the Electric Smite INS was supposedly proc at 50% chance per Electric Smite EX but it's doesn't proc at all
Reproduction steps:
1. -Use electric smite EX anytime and the INS won't proc
2. -
(more if needed)
Actual result:It won't proc even if I promised 69 style QAQ
Expected result:it's supposed to proc baby.
Temporary Solution (work-around):U quit the game. JK u just wait till the staff to fix it.
Proof: As much as I want to show u my handsome face, I am too lazy and unable to.
