Iona Spirit Ticket

I sent in a ticket about my iona spirit on my character Milotian because ED's facebook post said that they would give you a working one in place of the bugged one. I have not yet received a response and was hoping you could speed up the process by nudging the higher ups. It's been several days now and I have yet to hear back.

Figure they get lots of notifications and are busy but same here. IGN EternalZeus. I also sent in a ticket and got a reply after the auto one that gets sent right away saying they got it. Just wondering how long till a real response and action happens.

Update: I got an email from cherry credits saying that my ticket has been forwarded to the higher ups. Previously when this has happened, I have gotten a response from said higher-ups within a week, so here's to hoping they give me a working spirit!

Sent a ticket in as well day of the facebook announcement - only got the generic response that it has been forwarded to the correct departments. Luckily, I got the unbugged spirit in a dragon egg yesterday.
