Iona Spirit and closing tickets

Yaya so I would like to know why there is that post about sending in tickets for people non functioning iona spirits and yet most if not all only get closed after 2 weeks (like mine). Cause I'm still sitting her with a bugged as he'll spirit. Also for the fact that some point in December, a blue bird that I had maxed also got reset and now can't grow. Idk what you guys are doing but please do it better or more efficient. Been several weeks and my ticket just got closed, sent in a new one already and no answer. Please give compensation or something to show you guys are trying not to be lazy as hell.

I will gladly continually send in tickets if needed also how due to resetting my blue bird courier I wasted several butterfly spirits as well. Clearly spamming tickets might be the only thing to get you guys to actually think "hey we should probably do something about this."
