The fact that the Iona Spirits are still broken and many people's tickets are being closed with no resolution is absurd. It has been well over a month with no resolution for most of those who are actually affected by the bug. This is downright nonsense, with such a large bug that still continues with certain spirits like Crescent Moon spirit as well.

I have already forwarded this issue and the exchange should be done for players within this 2 weeks due to the massive number of tickets in queue.
The tickets are closed but they actually meant pending to be process.
They will get back you when the exchange is done for you.
We do understand how frustrating the long wait can be.
