I submitted several tickets about my 2 bugged Iona spirits since they put the notice out to do so and they just get Immediately closed. They're never addressed which is sad because my spirits are gone from my inventory. My ticket number is 275091. Can you please see what can be done? I mean I got them out of eggs which cost real money to buy.. Thanks!
