Doing no damage in the middle of raid

I was doing IDN HC

During the HC run, after going into the hallway from a disconnection. I encountered doing no damage.
I was doing damage before hand, as i have started the counter.

As a result, the team wiped to dps checks.

I cannot hit anything and deal any damage. Tested inside dungeons and golem.
