Chronicle Character Flag Bug

YO!

When I log onto my Adept, for some reason, the flag decal you got for leveling it because it was a chronicle character doesn't show! It's been like this for two patches now WHAT'S GOOD? IDK if someone posted about this yet or not but SOMEONE FIX PLEASE
