Attendance event bugged?

I log in everyday to at least pickup DNP, RIP, and have only gotten 2 days reward. I submitted a ticket weeks ago and they closed it today with no warring.

IGN: Rinkie, daily attendance has not moved past the 3 day mark for a week. I have alt accounts that are farther ahead then this one for no reason
