My spirit isn't working still

Hello GM's sooooooooo whenever i try to feed one of my meathead spirits to my Blessed Gerrant spirit i get the message "This is not a growing spirit", I've sent in multiple tickets now but after a week it always get closed, please fix this!

I submitted several tickets about my 2 bugged Iona spirits since they put the notice out to do so and they just get Immediately closed. They're never addressed them at all which is sad because my spirits are gone from my inventory. My ticket number is 275091. Can you please see what can be done? I mean I got them out of eggs which cost real money to buy.. Thanks!
