I noticed lately that Strike Ring has times where it speeds up and goes to the ground a lot faster than normal. I know the skill has the "press spacebar to make it go faster" part of it, but these are explicitly when not pressing spacebar. It currently appears to be random as to when it will speed up or be normal, and I can't get it to recreate the issue on demand.
As one of the main DPS skills for this class, it would be great if this was addressed. I had originally thought it was any time a class in the party used a "action speed" or "move speed" type skill for the group, but that hasn't been it. It has shown to be a combination of A) Strike ring doesn't start it's damage cast until the LB is low to the ground, or B) the fall speed is greatly increased, reducing hit count from the expected 18 to about 5-6.
