Not able to continue the main story

This is what's happen, when I accept the level 45 main story quest "Interlude", it's tells me to earn my 2nd specialization. After I accomplish my specialization, the quest has no change. I restarted the computer, looking for the NPC before I accept this quest, used to "find location" and none of them tells my what's the next step. Click the image to see more detail.
Forget about it, I forfeit my quest and accept it at tinker station, now is work.
