Level-Up Reward Boxes

My level up reward boxes has disappeared. I cannot find it in my inventory. I have checked in my Dragon Vault, EC Inventory and regular inventory and it is not there. I haven't opened a single one since level 1 and suddenly it has disappeared. I am a level 93 Inquisitor. Can someone help me Is this a bug?

How does a level 93 character gamer forget a level up rewards box item?

How many hours did it took to level up ur char. from level 1 until 93?

In this run time of about ___hours of gameplay u never knew the box is in ur storage.

U played for many hours i am sure juz to reach the level 93 cap.
