Twisted Territory drops

Since I just recently started playing the game again, I was farming the Cathedral dungeon everyday for some Nest Points to craft the Obsession equipment, because that's what I think beginners go for at first. Well, today I finished my dailies in a party and went back to that dungeon (and the other one as well, Sand Swamp or whatever) hoping to get some Desirous equips... turns out I got nothing, not a single one, in at least 10 attempts. So my question here is: could that be a bug or something's really changed regarding the loots for that dungeon?

I also farm CC sometimes, and IMO, it is true that getting desirous is not as easy as it used to.
Farm CC or Sand Swamp for the chance of getting desirous equips, but always hope for the "extra" event that occurs in the dungeon.
The "extra" events such as (monster became enraged temporarily, lightning strikes temporarily, alien invading) gives you one bonus loot crate at the end of the dungeon.
Now, most of the times, you can find desirous items from that bonus loot crate. (either 0, 1 or even 2).
So, if you wanna farm CC, always look out for the "extra" events as they KINDA guarantee you to get desirous equips.
