Main quest issue "Knife behind the smile (4)"

So I was progressing with the main quest today for fun when I got to "Knife behind the smile." Maybe I'm missing something but there is no casket to talk to and finish the quest.

Bump. I've brought this up through the "contact us form" recently and I think they are working on a fix, but it'd still be nice for this to receive more attention. Having a bug like this in the main quest is quite a nuisance.
