Problems Upon Creating a Character

Hi, I just downloaded DN and I did encounter previous problems like Invalid Shader Data but that was just fixed recently

Client version: ver. 608
Time: 3:05pm (GMT+8)
Character name: (not created yet but is going to be RyoKazuka)
Character level: (havent played yet)
Class: (havent chosen anything yet but is planning to choose Cleric)
Location: N/A
Frequency of error: all the time

Description:
1. - Went to Log In the game
2. - After that, the character creation screen have no models

Actual result: Model not showing and I cant create a character
Expected result: A customizable model showing and I can proceed to play the game

Temporary Solution (work-around): N/A

Apparently when Im trying to create a character, the model for each class is not shown just like in the picture.
I dont think Im missing any important files
I cant proceed any further than this. Is there any way to fix this?

i dont recall having mods as this is my first download and im pretty sure mods are not allowed in this game
currently doing a clean reinstall to see if its a prob with the download

Problem Fixed. Sorry for the inconvenience. It turns out that the installation is not complete
For those who are encountering this problem, I suggest you to open the DNinstallation program before doing a clean re-install
by doing so, the program checks whether the data is completely installed or not. I advice double checking after you've finished installing the game.
because sometimes it will skip a big file incomplete like resource pak files, leaving you with an incomplete data of the game

If this method doesnt work then I recommend following the method above (remove mod pak and doing a clean re-install)
