This has been becoming a more well-known bug with each day, but I figured I might as well make a post about it.
Basically, only the player that casts the skill sees their own skill as the correct EX version. Every other player that sees the skill sees the incorrect non-EX version or part of the non-EX version.
For example, General Dawnblade EX.
HeavenBlosom (the caster) sees the EX version of the skill (because she has the EX).
Other players see it as the non-EX version (which is the bug).
Some people say this happening with every EX skill. This may be true, however, I will only list the ones that I believe to be bugged.
Lunar Knight: Halfmoon Slash EX
Destroyer: Bombs Away EX
Gladiator: Line Drive EX
Barbarian: Whirlwind EX, Circle Swing EX, Bone Cleaver EX
War Mage: Linear Ray EX
Windwalker: Eagle Dive EX, Cyclone Kick EX, Rising Storm EX
Sniper: Charged Shot EX
Warden: Rapid Shot EX
Tempest: Kick Shot EX
Guardian: Awakened Armor Break, Falling Angel EX
Adept: Volcano Punch EX
Spirit Dancer: General Dawnblade EX, Abolisher EX, Unawakened Praetor (Praetor EX), and Stalker EX
Blade Dancer: Bladeflip EX
Light Bringer: Outbreak EX, Strike Ring EX, Sunshine Spark EX
Abyss Walker: Night Burst EX, Nether Burst EX
Reaper: Barrage EX, Pursuer EX, Shinobi Drop EX, Flame Locust EX
Dragoon: Twirling Thrust EX
