Particle effect bug

It's not the amd graphics card one, but a new one that came with the re-release. There's black boxes all over my screen with certain skills/areas, I had it also in 90 cap's release, but I forgot what I did to resolve it lol. Can anyone help me out?

may I ask what graphics card are you using?

it's mostly due to textures not loading properly.

intel i7. I'll try reinstalling before I go to work, I think that's what I did last time -shrug-

Bump cuz I'm still at a loss :,D going into window mode makes the bug go away, and I'd still like like a solution for full screen :>
