Mouse cursor wont display on fullscreen mode

I can't see the the mouse cursor while the game is in full screen mode but I can during window mode. Could I get some help with this its kinda annoying cause I want to be able have full screen mode on.

(Mouse still can highlight things in the game but I just have to search for it based off where I notice what is highlighted. It took 20 minutes to navigate the options to turn off the full screen.)

What is your Pc Os?
Did you enable any sort of ancillary for your mouse settings?
Try unchecking the Enhance pointer precision / Display pointer trails, it worked for windows 7 users.

I unchecked the enhance point option and pointer trails was never on still no luck.
