Party crash from swapping to technique accessories

Client version: Ver. 636
Time: All week whenever I do it (central time, bug not time specific)
Character name: scrotum/erect/Cantaloupe/bachelor
Character level: 95
Class: Gladiator
Location: Channel 2(bug also not channel specific), most often in Rune Dragon 8 man normal mode but happens anywhere
Frequency of error: Majority of the time that I swap (well over 50%)

Description: Crashes the entire party excluding myself

1. DPS until ideal to switch accessories
2. Swap accessories
3. Party crashes

Some skills need to be on cooldown for party members' clients to explode

Actual result: Party members' clients explode
Expected result: Party members' clients to not explode when switching accessories
Temporary solution: Don't equip tech accessories in the middle of a fight

this one has been fixed for 2-3 patches now but it managed to crash my raid party again. has only happened one time so far this patch but occurred in Rune HC 2nd boss at the 45% hp adad mech while freeing teammates
