Other Daily Task Missing

I was doing daily task today and found out that i recieve mails on Daily task completion so i go to town and check Daily Task and found This

NEED HELP ABOUT THIS . IVE DONE ALL RESTART PC , LOGGING IN , CHECK INTERNET CONNECTION ETC. NOTHING WORKS
