New Launcher Bug

When I open the launcher after the "loanding" I have the screen blank or sometimes I have the option to give it in game star or just I get as the image below
Someone else has the same problem?

Taken from Vahr: "Patcher Launch Error One last thing, for those running into issues with the new launcher, check the log file in your Dragon Nest/logs folder (log file is named current-date.txt (so 2017-10-19.txt for today). If it says "Delete file: (<something>) failed!" then delete that file from your game directory and retry Also make sure to run as admin"

Hi, i trying to play, but i got same problem :c i tried look in log file, but it's seems ok, pls help

I think this is because the internet speed of your computer is too low to load the web data of the launcher. pls check.
