Invisible/Unclickable Cassie NPC

Hopefully someone can help with this...I'm unable to participate in the Halloween event because the NPC Cassie is invisible and unclickable. I can port to her, but nothing else. I've changed my settings multiple times which hasn't helped. So any help is appreciated.

Have you tried pressing 'Q' or whatever you have key-binned to talk to NPCs near her?

Yeps, it doesn't do anything, hovering my mouse over her doesn't change anything either..can't figure it out
