Can't claim Special Storage items.

My Crusader, Eltzu, can't take out the Costume Exchange Coupon and the Service Transfer Reward Package due to exceeding the Storage Capacity. I have 4 Storage Pages with 5 extra slots on the fifth page.

Please help fix this problem of mine. Thanks.

Same problem here. I did submit a ticket day of and CherryCredits responded saying they're forwarding the issue to ED the day after I sent in the ticket....nothing since then though. Issue still persists and I can't get the costume/storage. If it continues I'll just have to grab it on another character in the end... something I really don't want to do considering I don't even play the others. They're just for the unified skills bonuses. If they could separate the storage and costume that would be perfect. I'd grab costume on my main, storage on an alternate.

You have to login again when you open up the ticketing url... idk why but ya even though I'm logged in on the site and forums, going to the ticketing url it thinks I'm not. Either way I haven't heard anything yet from ED. CC though emailed me within 12 hours after telling them I haven't heard a thing to let me know ED is aware and is looking into the issue.
