Hello, I submitted a ticket to the company regarding my transfer, I accidentally signed up again, instead of logging in, is it possible to still transfer my account or do i have to start over again?

You can't register using the same e-mail for transfer, it won't pass the duplication check.

Your account is already transferred, it's just that there's an issue with verification emails.

Apparently, it passed it. Lol. I'm sitting on a brand new account.
My transferred account is gone.

Guessing your other account wasn't transferred that's why you are able to be sitting on a brand new account on the game.
