After not playing for a while, I forgot the 2nd password for my account. Any time I try to reset my 2nd password, when I click the verification link in the email the page I get brought to has a box saying "Verification Failed" and then I get redirected to the event page. I have already trying clearing the cache in my browser, but have had the same problem continue. I've also tried using different browsers with no success.
