I used to play NA back when Nexon had this IP, I was fine to start over fresh. However, after creating 3 characters (without logging into the actual game,) I now cannot log in to play. I'm fine to connect and login to my account, but I cannot proceed past the channel selection menu. All I get is a black screen, and roughly 15~30 seconds later I get the "Disconnected from the world." dialogue box. Then the client force-closes.
In other words, I can't do anything. I've sent in a ticket but judging from what I've read across the forum the last few hours, I doubt I'll see any support...
Any assistance would be grand.

To specify, I have no virus or malware scanners, nor any other programs running, and my firewall is entirely disabled. My download speed is 30mb/s (3MB/s) and upload speed is 20mb/s (2MB/s)
I have already uninstalled and reinstalled the game, no change, same problem.
This is the only game that refuses my connection.
