    I signed out of the game from iphone and now can’t log in.

    Game faq’s explain how i cant purchase stuff if not registered, i did purchase the 4.99 for 100dnp a day pack so i should be registered (or have the account bound).

    They also explain how i need to do an extra step of inputting my email one more time and hitting confirm for them to be able to send me a reset password link to email.

    If i didnt do this step faq advises to reach out to support with char name and server number and location (na/sea ect)

    i did all this and gave support my two emails that i could have used and they replied that those emails are not tied to ingame accounts and that i must have lost my acc if didnt agree to the new user agreements posted on sept 26 2016.

    i started the game only 8 days ago though.

    I sent support pics of my char from guildmate still existing as well as pics of my payment from itunes payment history but the replies (within 10 min) stopped after this.

    What are my options now?
