Game crashes on loading screen

I have re-installed the game dozens of times, I've tried running it in compatibility mode for Windows 7 and 8, and I've searched for solutions all across the internet. I can't seem to get past the loading screen. I love playing this game, please help me fix this so I can enjoy it again.

Same thing was happening to me after i restarted my PC the game had uninstalled itself re installed it 2 times after.... keeps crashing (this is on steam btw), the only simple way around was just playing it now on the normal launcher not connected to steam, try it.

I tried that too. Crashed in the same place
