missing [We missed you! Don’t forget to collect this!] event rewards

There are many players that did not received the Returnee Package event rewards and we have sent 1:1 Inquire about this issue but there is still no answer from EYEDENTITY Support team since June 19, 2019. As said from the event, "Accounts with no login record after May update patch until June Update patch (June 11, 2019) shall receive the returnee package", only the reward date was changed right? I tried to login my other account on the next day and it received the event reward, so why didn't my main account received it?
We are waiting patiently guys.
