account creation email duplication error

When i try to create a new account i get an error stating my email address has a duplication error. For the hell of it i tried to reset my password using my email account. I get an error that the account dose not exist(as I figured it would have not existed)
Can someone help me please

go register a new email account (etc. gmail) , and using the new email account to re-register a DN account.
