Help requested for bad computer

Hello everyone!, i'm new to this forum, and to this server, but when i used to play DN i had to do it with effect reducing mods, i don't know if such mods are allowed anymore, if so, please let me know which one can i use, or if they actually are then, is there any way to completelly turn off the skill effects? Because i just can't play/see anything when doing nests, even less raids, i can't pass 15-25 fps while gaming so i would REALLY appreciate a hand here, if anyone knows anything about the matter. Yes, The first way is to change your settings to transparent.

Second way is through the use of mods but you have to find if this DN allows that.
