Game randomly crashes

Hi, I am quite a new player here on Dragon Nest. My game is constantly crashing multiple times when I play.
On some days it is very frequent, but on other days it doesn't even happen. It seems to be quite "random", since it doesn't occur as a trend on any specific actions.
When it crashes, a dialog box pops up saying: "You have encountered an error in Dragon Nest, and the game must be closed..." and the options are "Send error report" and "Do not send". (as shown in attached photo)
My friends have also started playing at the same time as me, but their games don't crash. It is very tedious to relog and rejoin their party whenever I crash.
I don't think my computer specs are the problem, because I have a nVidia GeForce GTX 850M graphics card (with updated drivers), as well as 16GB RAM and Intel Core i7-4702MQ CPU @2.20GHz.

bump, many people including me have this issue, it is seriously hurting your player base eyedentity...

Bump, I got this error just today. I can't finish nests because it errors every now and then.

I have this issue too. Couldn't tell you why it occurs, but it does. I've had it happen on multiple computers too, so, it's not a hardware issue as far as I can tell.
