Can't login, can't reset password, can't understand how this is still a problem

Why is this not being addressed? Can't log into the game and need to reset my password. The page to reset account info doesn't work. What am I supposed to do here? Some users have found a Java workaround to submit email resets and to login, but not for password reset. We shouldn't even have to get workarounds just to login into the game. Seriously, what is going on that this hasn't even had an official post acknowledging it? From what I can tell, this issue started days ago at least.
