So, on March 27 I noticed my account was banned.The given reason was botting/using illegal tools associated with gold farming. Which is something I have never done. I only have one level 10 character on the account since I had to make a new one due to my old account being deleted from the Nexon crossover. I submitted a ticket about 3 weeks ago and just got an email saying the ticket was closed and there is still no resolution. My IGN is WolfJayden.
