Keep repeatedly download a same file

I download the Game Client in the official website (the one at the left) of the Dragon Nest. After the client download a file called "Resource04.pak", it will delete the file and restart the download again. Next, I download the "Game Client Full Version" but it is not continue the download process at about 5.0GB~6.0GB. Then, I try to used the zip file to install, but it tells me the "data2.cab"(which is in the Game Client Part 1) is broken. I download it one more time but still have a same issue. Finally, I try the steam download. However, this time the "DragonNest Launcher" can't download the a file called "Patch00000579.pak". It will filed the current bar and then back to the beginning again. This will happen about 3~4 times and it will tell me the packs is failed. In additional, I'm using the Window 10, is this the reason I failed the install?
