Initialize Stage Failed?

Hello,

I am having trouble entering Saints Haven through a 'Returned Hero' character. I downloaded the game through Steam, and when I go through the portal to enter SH after the cutscene, a popup says: initialize stage failed. I don't know how to fix this, someone pls help

Hi there,

is it just your "Returned Hero" character having this issue or are none of your characters able to enter SH?

Either way, from what I've looked into, this error usually appears when some file in the client is corrupt. Try replacing all or some of your Resource files in your Dragon Nest folder from here: https://drive.google.com/drive/folde...FhmV3VMdDk0Ym8 and Resource15 which I uploaded here: https://www.mediafire.com/?ywj4geph9fw8c4f
Make sure not to lose your original Resource files when replacing them in case the problem becomes worse.
If worse does come to worse, you may need to reinstall the Steam client or download the Game client and try that. If you do this, make sure to delete your original Dragon Nest folder.

Hey,

None of my characters can enter SH. Also, I tried that method, but now I keep getting error reports every time it loads, so it still doesn't work.
