"Failed to load client version"

I constantly get this error message everytime I try to run the Launcher: "failed to load client version." I've looked at other threads and even manually downloaded those 2 files that is needed to manual patch. I honestly redownloaded this about 3-4 times and I can't seem to get the game working. Am I doing something wrong? Is there just no way for me to play? Can anybody please give me a detailed solution on how to fix this issue...

Have you tried both launchers?

I only tried the DNLauncher from the regular download, that didnt work so I tried the WinRar download and still had issues.
