Can't attack after game glitched?

I was doing dailies on Forest of Illusion, and the part where you jump on the the spider web, my character fell and then rubberbanded into the sky. After I got out of the dungeon my character has not been able to do any form of damage at all. Someone said my character has been flagged and I need to submit a ticket, but with the site messed up I'm not sure how to do so.

Please help I'd really like to continue playing.

Thank you very much! I posted on that forum and I was able to refresh the site to send in a ticket. Thank you so very much
