Hi, I have not touched my artillery for sometime now, but my advice is to Initiate your rotation with Bulls Eye > Rapid Shot for debuffs.

• Rapid Shot debuff is good for critical resist which is helpful IMO on bubble management.

My skill rotation I used on my arti (assuming start of the battle) is stunning shot for bubbles > deto arrow > Bull's eye > Rapid Shot > Magic arrow + TA > if fatal bubbles is full, use fatal TA > scope arrow > swift shot while pressing back button > cannonade

if it is easy for you to gain fatal bubbles, use fatal TA if applicable, if not, use fatal cannonade instead.

also, gaining fatal bubbles fast makes your usual rotation broken, so you should prioritize fatal skills while it is up, then spam skills for gaining bubbles.
