20% damage skill plate work on awaken skill like fta, awaken hd(tumble+hd), magic arrow, and all gold colour skill?

wats the coeff or total damage of scope arrow ex, swift shot ex and the one when release from extension core, rapdid shot ex, tracking arrow ex(no more add 30% damage?),fta and binding shot ex( it can still do 2 or 3 hits??) for tempest?

I can answer for the tempest part.

Bindshot at lvl 17 has 2750% board dmg
EX adds 50% additional damage, and applies 20% damage debuff on the pulling hits.

2750% x 1.5 = 4125%.

Bind shot is made up of 2 parts, the shooting and the pulling. The board dmg is divided equally.
Shooting = 4125 / 2 = 2062.5%
Pulling = 4125 / 2 = 2062.5%

The damage debuff is applied on the pulling part and affects the damage of the pulling hits too, so it is actually:
Pulling = (4125 / 2 ) * 1.2 = 2475%

Thus, the total effective board dmg of a lvl 17 bindshot ex is 2062.5 + 2475 = 4537.5%

Now comes the multiple pull hits. This can occur if the target is large enough and with proper positioning when casting the skill.
You can get anything from 3 to 5 pulling hits if done correctly.

3 pull hit = 2062.5 + 3(2475) = 9487.5%
5 pull hits = 2062.5 + 5(2475) = 14437.5%

Do note that 5 pull hits is rare to occur even on dragon size targets. You will usually see 3 pull hits and even then it is quite occasional, so don't be fooled by the seemingly large board damage.

Useful information for TS. Hmm however I would not include the 20% dmg increase in the calculations you provided. It overestimates the amount of damage dealt if debuffs are constantly present.
