Tempest Ulti

Hi. I usually play tempest for pvp (respawn sometimes KOF).

before i use my tempest for pve. So i only have tempest ulti. After i got the job change from pvp lvl captain. I take WW ulti. And use ww ulti usually. But at KOF. Someone told me it was stupid if use ww ulti.

is it really bad? I mean the damage or whats it that make ww ulti bad? Or tempest ulti better?

i think it's because tempest ulti is "endless" or "spammable" of some sorts...most tempests that i fight in ladder matching just kills me with unli ulti ._.

DR reset does not take effect on PvP.

Hurricane Dance is not a Tempest Ulti.

AdLeeSr Spiral Edge is quite good IMO compared to Divine Rage.

Spiral Edge is a one time burst and AoE, which you can fire at point blank in a certain range.
Divine Rage can be a bit messy as it is multiple damage. Your opponent can somehow manage to avoid most hits.

Additionally, AoE is much better in group as you can hit multiple target at once. (assuming it does not get cancelled).

To clarify, this is in PvP perspective.

If you are going Hybrid, where you also play PvE, then your DR should also be level 3.

Yes i pvp. But still manage to get lvl 3 tempest ulti too if i ever back to pve since lvl 95 i have some SP left.

And yes the reason i take ww ulti. Because i use tempest ulti before and people just tumble and i only get few hit. But with ww ulti its a hit or a miss.
