Cannot find specialization Quest

Hi. I’m new Dragon nest player. Currently Assasin level 34 and I just realised we can specialised by doing quest. I try to talk with the cat but the quest didn’t pop up. My question, did I miss the quest and can no longer specialised because I was way beyond level 15?

Just to confirm.

1. Are you on normal assassin classes, or spin-off class? By spin-off I mean Bleed Phantom, where it is already in 1st class specialization once you created the character. If so you had no need to do specialization quest again.
2. I am sure the 1st specialization quest doesnt go anywhere, I had tried doing specialization quest at lvl55 when making my LF. Are you sure you finds the correct NPC, the black cat at Calderock Village?
